Traciqo helps manufacturers and brands fight counterfeiting and manage warranties with secure QR codes. Generate unit-level authentication codes, run dynamic QR campaigns, register digital warranties, and watch every scan in real time.

Quick start

Get a verifiable product live in a few minutes:

1. Create an account and choose a service at /signup — Authentication, Warranty, or both. Every plan includes a dynamic and static QR allowance.
2. From your dashboard, add a Product (name, category, and any details you want shown on the verification page).
3. Generate a batch of authentication codes for that product. Each code carries a unique QR linking to your verification page.
4. Print or apply the QR codes to your products or packaging.
5. When a customer scans, they land on your branded verification page and the scan is logged with device and location signals.

Key concepts

Workspace

Each business gets an isolated workspace (a dedicated tenant) with its own data, branding, users, and API credentials. Your plan controls limits such as products, codes, scans, warranties, and team members.

Product → Code → Scan

A Product describes the item. A Code is a unique, serialised QR generated for that product. A Scan is an event recorded each time a code's verification page is opened.

Product authentication

Authentication codes prove an item is genuine. Each code resolves to a verification page that confirms authenticity and shows the product details you choose to display (name, image, category, serial, batch, manufacture and expiry dates, and more).

Because every scan is logged, the platform can recognise when the same code is scanned from many different devices or locations — a strong signal of cloning. Suspicious scans are flagged so you and your customers can be warned. See anomaly detection.

Digital warranty

Turn a scan into a registered warranty. Customers enter their details (and any custom fields you configure), optionally attach a proof-of-purchase invoice, and the warranty is tied to that specific unit and serial number.

• Self-registration from the verification page (you can require it or make it optional).
• Automatic activation and expiry emails, with reminders before expiry.
• Warranty claims, service events, and ownership transfer between customers.
• Optional Apple Wallet / Google Wallet passes for the warranty.

Dynamic & static QR

Static QR codes encode a fixed destination — simple and permanent, but the target cannot change after printing.

Dynamic QR codes encode a short Traciqo link that redirects to a destination you control. You can update the destination at any time without reprinting, and every redirect is tracked for analytics.

Leads & feedback

Optionally capture leads on the verification page (name and email) to build a direct relationship with end customers, and collect post-scan or post-warranty feedback with ratings and comments. Both are configurable per workspace and can trigger follow-up emails.

Scans & anomaly detection

Every scan records a timestamp, approximate location (from IP), device and browser, a device fingerprint, and the result shown. Precise GPS location can be enabled per workspace and is only captured with the visitor's browser permission.

Traciqo computes an anomaly score from these signals. When a single code appears across many GPS clusters and device fingerprints, it is flagged as a potential counterfeit so you can investigate or launch a recall campaign.

Branding & domains

Customise the verification and portal experience with your logo, brand colour, custom CSS, support contacts, and which product fields are shown. On eligible plans you can serve everything from your own custom domain and apply white-label branding.

Team & roles

Invite team members and dealers to your workspace with granular permissions — products, authentication codes, warranties, billing, and team management can each be granted independently.
