Summary. Traciqo is a subscription software service with a free trial, so you can evaluate everything before paying. If a purchase doesn't work out, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first charge. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Polar, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
1. Who processes payments
Traciqo subscriptions are sold through our online reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"). Your purchase is made from Polar, which handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and invoicing, and which processes refunds on our behalf. Where a regional payment provider is offered instead of Polar, it is named at checkout and refunds for those purchases are processed through that provider.
2. Try before you pay
Eligible plans include a free trial (typically 14 days) with no charge up front, and a free tier is available. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm Traciqo fits your needs before subscribing โ no payment details are required to start.
3. First purchase
- If you are not satisfied after your first purchase of a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
- Refund requests after the 14-day window are considered case by case (for example, where a documented technical problem on our side prevented you from using the service).
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue โ you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the workspace has not been materially used since the renewal.
- Annual plans: the same 14-day window applies to the annual renewal charge.
5. Add-ons, upgrades & overage
- Add-ons and plan upgrades follow the same rules as plan purchases: a 14-day refund window from the charge, provided the added capacity has not been materially used.
- Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated at checkout, so you only ever pay for the remaining period.
- Usage-based overage charges reflect capacity you have already consumed and are therefore non-refundable, except where the charge resulted from a billing error on our side โ in that case we will correct and refund the difference.
6. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's Billing page ("Manage subscription & payment method"), which opens the payment provider's self-service portal โ no need to contact anyone.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period, after which it is handled as described in our Terms of Service.
- Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for time already paid; see sections 3โ4 for when refunds apply.
7. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your account email with your workspace name and the receipt or invoice number.
- You can also reply to the receipt email you received from Polar โ Polar handles refund requests directly as merchant of record.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country. Where local law grants you a longer or unconditional refund right, that right prevails.
